The User experience and overall usability of gym apps is poor throughout the entire journey and includes many issues.

Target Users
Men and women aged 20-30, actively going to the gym thorough the week for a at least couple of months.

Research Method: Qualitative semi structured interviews
Sample Size: 6 participants.
"The entry bar-code never works for me."
"Something is missing that would make me want to use the app beyond just entering the gym."
"Difficulty navigating the interface kills the desire to use it."
"There are no external notifications from the app I have to log in manually to check for updates."
"I don’t know how to perform all the exercises, and there's not always a trainer nearby."
"The opening hours aren't updated it's frustrating."
